Our Program.

We believe that certain moments in life need extra support. Early teenage years for girls have long been known for stress due to intense social pressures and a growing and sometimes unstable self-esteem. The modern world only amplifies this with social media, filters, ghosting, and the feeling that young women always have to be “on”. HOME14 is a two day program for girls going into high school that brings two things to help: proven strategies and community.
